You will play a key role in ensuring our reports to European regulators are complete, timely, and accurate. Collaborating with teams across multiple regions, you will interpret complex regulations and help build robust frameworks for reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Technology, Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance to deliver high-quality results. You will be empowered to make decisions, promote change, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesManage issues and queries across a diverse inventory of regulatory reportsInterpret and transform regulations into clear business requirement documentsCollaborate with business teams to ensure complete, accurate, and timely dataBuild comprehensive frameworks for each report, including user guides and process flowsReview and sign off reports prior to submission to regulatorsCoordinate analysis efforts across global teams in multiple locationsWork with stakeholders in Operations, Technology, Compliance, Controls, Projects, and GovernanceLead the capture of requirements for the rebuild of existing reportsPerform substantive analysis to validate that reports meet regulatory obligationsPresent detailed findings and recommendations to senior managementEnsure all regulatory reports conform to agreed frameworks and standardsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsKnowledge of regulatory reporting such as Payment Statistics or Balance of PaymentsExperience delivering regulatory change initiativesAbility to create a vision and actionable roadmap for ongoing innovationExperience working in a regulatory reporting functionStrong understanding of European regulatory requirementsAbility to drive process improvements and implement best practicesExperience presenting findings to senior managementPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectivelyFlexibility to adapt to changing work requirements and deadlinesExperience working with large data sets to identify trends and insightsAbout UsJ.P.
