As an experienced Vet, you will have the chance to shape the clinical direction of a well-established hospital that feels like home. Join a team of 10 dedicated Vets, 8 Nurses and 5 Support Staff. Your Role and Responsibilities Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures. Provide clear updates to clients about their pets' progress. Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance. Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring timely payments. Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance commercial performance. Mentor and develop your team, sharing new practices and standards. Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers for out-of-hours care. Support and share clinical best practices within the community. Your Skills and Experience RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon. Proven clinical leadership skills. Experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients. Understanding of how exceptional care improves client experience. Ability to implement a progressive clinical culture. Experience in achieving strong commercial performance. Effective team player with coaching and influencing skills.
