Job Overview This role involves using your clinical expertise to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will work on complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders, helping customers move forward with their lives. Working Hours & Salary Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:00 Salary: £39,500 Flexible working – full‑time, part‑time and hybrid options available Duties and Responsibilities Conduct telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments to determine impacts of disability/health conditions. Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with regular feedback and supervision. Requirements Valid NMC registration number. At least 1 year of broad post‑registration adult or mental health experience gained within or outside the NHS. You must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship not available. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports. What We Offer £39,500 salary. No bank holidays, evenings or weekends. University of Salford accreditation upon completion of training. Leading maternity and paternity paid leave.
