Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional client service. Align with sponsor expectations – pre & post sale, ensuring the sales process deliverable. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients from initial planning stages through event delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts and agreements using our CRM. Provide daily support to sponsors to facilitate registration through internal management systems. Build an internal knowledge base and help onboard new clients. Collect post‑event feedback to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement areas. What we expect from you Take ownership of everything you do – be proactive and follow through on commitments. Be well‑organised, detail‑focused and able to structure and prioritise work. Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results. Have a UK work permit. Fast learning and competent with new systems. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite. 3+ years of experience in client management, account management or customer success roles.
