Potential candidates will have experience and thorough knowledge of commercial conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold purchase and sales. They will be a solicitor or qualified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling transactions from initial enquiry through to post completion. They would be of a commercial mind-set with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
