What You'll Be Doing Lead cross‑functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products. Take ownership of long‑term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimise existing products. Prioritise new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks. Conduct in‑depth user research and leverage data insights to identify ambiguous, strategic opportunities and define new product visions. Drive decision‑making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure success. Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the business. Build solid connections between sales, marketing and customer service to lead change and promote product‑focused mindsets across the enterprise. Inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation, and mentor more junior Product Managers. Who You Are Significant product management experience working within agile teams, with a proven history of driving significant business impact and delivering effective digital products. Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including long‑term strategy, roadmap development and agile methodologies. Demonstrated experience working in cross‑functional teams and successfully influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders without direct authority. Expertise in user research, A/B testing and data analysis to independently define strategic direction. Skilled in defining, setting up and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement. Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform product areas and user experience. Excellent communication and executive‑level stakeholder management skills, aligning diverse teams around a common, long‑term vision. What's in it for you?
