Whether it’s technical innovation or personal development, you’ll be part of a culture that helps you grow.Job Description The Job MissionThis role supports the delivery of commissioning and pre-operations activities at Hinkley Point C.You’ll work within the Operational Control Centre (OCC) as part of the Work Management team.You’ll help develop and implement processes to support safe and efficient nuclear operations.Your key responsibilities will include:Work closely with electrical commissioning teams to improve deliverables and efficiencySpecify electrical commissioning work orders that align with project scope and timingResolve open points by engaging with key project stakeholders across disciplinesSupport the implementation of operational maintenance into the asset management systemHelp define routine maintenance requirements with the Equipment Reliability teamProvide input into the development of the Enterprise Asset Management toolAssist in writing safe, reliable maintenance and work planning proceduresContribute to work management process documentation in line with WANO AP928My profile Essential Skills and QualificationsElectrical apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Electrical EngineeringExperience using asset management systems and MS Office toolsFamiliarity with electrical maintenance and test proceduresBackground in highly regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, power, oil & gas)Experience writing maintenance instructions and risk assessmentsUnderstanding of engineering drawings and system design manualsKnowledge of safety assessment processes (e.g., APSA)Experience with commissioning activities or nuclear site commissioningUnderstanding of WANO AP928 and related work management processesFamiliarity with UK nuclear fleet operationsKnowledge of Enterprise Asset Management tools development Why Apply?This is a unique opportunity to be part of the UK’s most exciting nuclear project, with exposure to cutting-edge commissioning work.
