Deputy Manager Residential Care Home Location: Mapleton Road, London, E4 6XL Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ Month Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09 : 00 – 17 : 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 21.53 per hour Job Ref: OR16553 Job Responsibilities Help with daily tasks and improve services as per CQC rules. Oversee staff and resources to ensure top care for the elderly and dementia patients. Make sure staff follow care plans and best practices. Lead shifts, including weekends and nights. Assist in hiring, training, and keeping staff. Conduct investigations and handle disciplinary actions. Create and apply service plans and quality checks. Help with assessments and referrals for new users. Keep policies and procedures current and effective. Work with colleagues and external agencies to aid users. Keep track of records and documentation. Manage budget and financial data. Meet health and safety standards. Offer emotional support to users and families.
