Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design reviews. Promote best practices around platform governance, release management, and scalable design. Stay current on Salesforce releases and AI trends to recommend enhancements and guide strategic improvements. Experience & Skills Required: 5+ years of Salesforce experience in functional consulting, internal business systems, or platform delivery roles Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Custom Objects, Record Types, etc.) Proven involvement in Salesforce workstreams within M&A projects (e.g., org merges, user migrations, data deduplication) Experience working with cross‑functional Agile teams and stakeholders at all levels Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, and platform limitations Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Nice To Have: Experience with AI‑enabled features (e.g., Einstein GPT, Next Best Action, Prediction Builder) Salesforce Platform App Builder or Consultant certifications Familiarity with multi‑org environments and data integration strategies Experience with change management and user adoption planning Knowledge of data governance and platform security best practices Who You Are: You’re someone who can think strategically but isn’t afraid to get into the details.
