Job Summary Our integrated Planning, Costing and Productivity teams across Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT), Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (GWH) and the Royal United Hospitals Bath (RUH) are evolving how we use cost intelligence. We aim to strengthen decision‑making, improve productivity and enhance patient care. You will be at the heart of this mission, driving patient‑level costing, service line reporting and pioneering innovative tools for cost, productivity and benchmarking insights. Main Duties The role involves significant financial reporting responsibility, processing, analysing and summarising total income and costs for the Group for national mandatory returns and internal management. Responsibilities include costing, service line reporting, benchmarking, pursuing cost and productivity improvement opportunities, and influencing senior managers and clinicians on data‑driven decisions.
