Ihre Verantwortung Event & Project Coordination Coordinate event logistics – venues, travel, equipment, delegate registration, supplier liaison, on-site support, lead management, internal briefings Manage project timelines and communicate key dates to stakeholders Liaise with external suppliers – venues, print, production, catering, transport Support delivery of workshops, conferences and customer training events Maintain event trackers and assist with post-event evaluation Provide on-site support as needed to ensure smooth delivery Maintain and update the Marketing Activity Calendar; ensure key dates and initiatives are communicated to stakeholders Marketing Manage marketing collateral and merchandise – stock, printing, production, and distribution Coordinate marketing material updates through the global communications team using Jira to submit, track, and follow up on requests Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints Assist with basic campaign and activity reporting Support internal and external communications, including PR activities General Raise purchase orders and track spend across marketing activities to support budget management Provide administrative support for marketing and departmental projects Maintain accurate records and documentation, including CRM updates Own and manage digital asset library Ihre Qualifikationen Person Specification Experience in event coordination, logistics, or project administration; a degree in Events Management, Marketing, or Life Sciences is preferred (but not required) Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organisational skills; confident managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working across diverse responsibilities Proficient in Office / Google Suite Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, or social media scheduling tools would be an advantage Full UK driving license and based within easy travel distance of Leeds Wir bieten Ihnen : This is a Leeds-based role (hybrid : 3 days office / 2 days WFH) with some national travel. Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
