The Operations Supervisor (internally known as Performance Coach) leads safe and efficient operations in a high-paced consumer products manufacturing facility and coaches others to achieve results in a principled way.What You Will DoLead team members toward excellence in Environmental, Health, and Safety and ComplianceEstablish strong commitments to Safe Quality Food culture and Good Manufacturing PracticesConnect individual team members to the overall vision and ensure they understand how to contribute to the operation's successEnsure team members develop knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet key department metrics; leverage Learning & Development and other resources to address skill gapsCollaborate with department leaders, manufacturing engineers, and other support functions to improve operations and build operating capabilitiesManage team performance by establishing shift priorities aligned with site vision and business objectivesEnsure all team members have clearly defined Roles, Responsibilities, & Expectations aligned with goalsIdentify and use measures to drive performance and operational disciplinePrioritize and address operational issues with key stakeholdersWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)High school diploma or equivalentThree (3) or more years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environmentComputer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn SAP & ICPAQsWhat Will Put You AheadAt least one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military settingExperience as an operations supervisor in a Printing or Paper Products manufacturing environmentExperience with training, coaching, and managing peoplePost-high school education in a related fieldPrior experience in paper and/or food grade manufacturingBenefits and Work EnvironmentWe provide resources to support physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.
