Overview Advert We are delighted that Alternative Learning Trust, have two newly established provisions in the Isle of Sheppey. This is a term time only - permanent position with a National NJC pay grade Sc5 scale point 11-15, £28,142 - £30,024 (pro rata £24,207 - £25,826) depending on experience. The ideal candidate will: Ideal Candidate Have relentless positivity and can-do attitude. Be able to inspire and support learning both in a classroom setting but also through a range of enrichment opportunities. Be able to play a positive part in a high performing team. Great communication skills Have high levels of patience, empathy and emotional intelligence. Have an awareness of SEMH needs and value the power of education to support these. Have high expectations of all young people. Be wholly child centred in their thinking and actions. Be committed to child protection and take a personal and collective responsibility for all aspects of safeguarding. Have a creative and flexible approach to working with young people. Have a desire to support the well-being, resilience, and self-belief of our students. Want to grow and develop in this new role.
