We're looking for reliable, detail-focused individuals to join our aseptic production team. As a Manufacturing Support Operative, you'll work in our Pick Face or Packing Hall, which is a vital role for supporting the manufacture of Parenteral Nutrition and will directly help patients who are seriously or chronically ill. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right and wants to make a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you. This role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday‑Friday including bank holidays. The working hours are 6am‑2pm, alternating with 2pm‑10pm on a weekly basis, or 7am‑3pm, alternating with 3pm‑11pm on a weekly basis and it will be based in Runcorn. Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The company's products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients. Responsibilities Work to a production plan to deliver parenteral nutrition to the compounding schedule. Assemble raw ingredients for the final pharmaceutical product in accordance with each patient’s individual requirements. Ensure all materials and components are replenished in preparation for the next shift. Maintain and clean areas in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ensure the appropriate disposal from the cleanrooms is in accordance with current procedures. Qualifications Experience working within a controlled production environment such as pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential. Willingness to work in a highly regulated environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow strict processes and procedures without deviation. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to deal with stress and absorb pressures. No rota'd weekend working and no night shifts.
