Since opening, we’ve built a team that feels more like a family and now, as we prepare to open our final unit, we’re looking for kind-hearted Care Assistants to help us welcome new residents with the same warmth, dignity and compassion that’s earned us a 9.9 rating on carehome.co.uk. We also offer £12.70 per hour. Full-time roles (33–44 hours) on day or night shifts. Bank holiday pay enhancement. Overtime enhancements. Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Paid PVG, free uniform, and free onsite parking. 5.6 weeks’ annual leave (based on full-time hours). A day in the Life As a Care Assistant, this isn’t just a job. You’ll help residents maintain their independence, deliver personal care with empathy, and be part of a strong, supportive team who genuinely care for one another. What you’ll bring Ideally, an SVQ / NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Previous experience in a care home or health & social care role (6–12 months preferred). A calm, kind, and reliable approach to supporting others. A team spirit and a passion for helping others live well.
