Overview As a junior member of the Defence and Asset Solutions Sustainability Team, you will support the development of strategic sustainability initiatives, contribute to corporate reporting, and integrate standards such as ISO 14001 and PAS 2080. You will author tender proposals, conduct research in environmental specialisms including the Circular Economy, and contribute to project delivery under guidance from senior team members. Roles and Responsibilities Support the development of sustainability strategies at strategic and project levels. Contribute to corporate sustainability reporting. Integrate standards including ISO 14001 and PAS 2080. Assist in authoring tender proposals. Conduct research in environmental sustainability specialisms such as the Circular Economy. Lead independent workstreams and collaborate closely with clients to improve sustainability performance. Support colleagues and stakeholders to achieve environmental and strategic objectives. Qualifications & Skills Undergraduate or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development Studies, or a related discipline. Be able to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Stay up to date with sustainability issues and best practice. Understand and apply sustainability practices aligned with client goals. Critically analyse and evaluate complex environmental challenges. Manage multiple concurrent projects in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary settings. Continuous improvement mindset, can‑do attitude, willingness to learn and share. Flexible self‑starter with drive and an eagerness to advance your career. Adaptable to change and keen to learn new things. Permanent right to work in the UK. Graduate Programme Requirements Graduated no earlier than summer 2024. Not worked in a similar professional role since graduation. Achieved a minimum 2:2 in the first degree.
