We deliver award‑winning services across facilities management, hard services, cleaning, security and catering.About the RoleThis is a fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across various courts within a designated area around the home base. There is no regular weekend or night work, but overtime may be offered on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Weekend rates are 1.5x for Saturdays and 2x for Sundays, plus 1.5x for weekday overtime outside normal court operating times.BenefitsMinimum 40 hours contracted per weekAttendance allowance of £1 per hour earned on contracted hours, subject to meeting attendance criteriaHelp towards fuel expensesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.Monitor premises and visitors via CCTV and X‑ray machines, and conduct other security checks with hand‑held metal detectors and bag searches upon arrival.Patrol and secure access to buildings and satellite buildings, maintaining communication with the control room using hand‑held radios.Respond to panic alarm buttons in judges’ rooms, courts and offices.Respond to any security incidents within the complex, recording and reporting details of those incidents.Ideal Candidate RequirementsRight to work in the UK.Completed enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance.SIA licence and relevant security‑related experience.UK driving licence (location dependent).Strong people and customer service skills.High standard of diligence and work quality.Effective communication skills.How to ApplyIf you are interested in joining a company that values professional development and career progression, click "Apply" to register your interest.
