OverviewRealise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainers, covering learners in the West Yorkshire region.As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position, which will comprise a one-hour formal interview (likely on Teams) where we will ask a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a short microteach.
