OverviewRealise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainers, covering learners in the West Yorkshire region.As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.ResponsibilitiesSupporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotelyDelivering a range of award-winning qualificationsCreating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and careerUtilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journeySalaryIf you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000You can also earn up to £180 bonus for each learner you referBenefits25 days holiday plus public and bank holidaysPurchase scheme for up to 5 additional days annual leaveBirthday and Christmas Eve offFlexible workingHealth Shield schemeLife insuranceEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption paySick payBereavement leaveEmployee Assistance Programme£1,000 Employee referral bonus schemeAbout YouA Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essentialSignificant occupational competency in an Early Years setting is essentialAn assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageousA teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageousExperience in building and managing your own caseloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhat Happens Next?The Realise Recruitment team will be in touch, regardless of the outcome. Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position, which will comprise a one-hour formal interview (likely on Teams) where we will ask a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a short microteach.
