What You Will Do Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines to complete tasks accurately. Assemble and test products throughout various stages of manufacturing—including air‑under‑water and safety proof tests. Collaborate with the production team to meet project goals and deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as ACE activities (5S, TPM, Turnbacks, and Clinics). Maintain traceability of materials and adhere to quality control standards. Pursue ongoing internal and external training, including welding certification requirements. Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements. Shifts Morning: 6:00 AM–1:45 PM (Mon–Thu) and 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (Fri). Afternoon: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Mon–Thu) and 12:15 PM–5:15 PM (Fri). We offer a 4.5‑day working week, with optional night shift opportunities available. Education and Experience NVQ Level 3 or a similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical, or engineering (relevant experience will also be considered). Demonstrated experience in hand fabrication and sheet metal work. Proven ability to work to high tolerance standards. Familiarity with precision tools such as vernier calipers, digital calipers, or measuring gauges. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar industries is advantageous but not required. Required Security Clearance This role may involve access to export‑controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
