You will work closely with an experienced Team Leader on a caseload of catastrophic and fatal injury claims, gaining valuable experience within a well‑established, award‑winning, specialist serious injury law firm. Whether you are a legal executive or a newly qualified solicitor (up to 10 years’ PQE), you will have the chance to make a real difference to clients whose lives have been changed by serious orthopaedic, brain, spinal and amputation injuries, as well as supporting families affected by fatal incidents. You will have autonomy to run your own cases up to £100,000, and you will also assist the Team Leader on higher‑value cases, including those exceeding £1 million. You’ll be part of a friendly, sociable and supportive team, with opportunities to develop your business development skills through work with our charitable partners. We offer excellent agile working arrangements, combining home working with time in our modern city centre offices (currently two days per week in the office). There will also be opportunities to travel to meet clients in person, so a flexible approach to working arrangements is welcomed.
