Job Purpose Delivery accountability for Methods projects/delivery categorised as IQP 3 to 5, across large, complex sectors (typically 120 to 250 resources). This includes accountability and responsibility for ensuring project/delivery activities are undertaken in accordance with the agreed quality, cost and delivery thresholds, and that they comply with customer requirements. Main Duties and Responsibilities Customer Management Validates the Methods offer during the “Bid” stage and any subsequent changes during the Delivery stage Ensures delivery is aligned to the requirements of the customer. Ensures adherence to Change Control Processes and that this is appropriately documented. Responsible for ensuring projects have appropriate external (customer‑facing) meetings in place. Accountable to the customer with respect of the delivery time, cost and quality. Monitors delivery progress with the customer supported by the Senior Project Leader. Responsible for validating that the customer has accepted delivery is completed during project closure. Team Management Nominates SPLs for their Projects (validated by Technical Director). Contributes to validation of team members due to be assigned to their projects. Supports SPL with validating that the resources aligned to project/delivery needs are adequate. Assures the approach and activities taken by the SPL to integrate new team members. Monitors the skills of the team and engages with the CC to ensure that appropriate technical/project training is undertaken where needed. Responsible for the project organisation/service delivery and compliance with customer requirements. Project / Delivery Management Supports the SPL in the Project/Delivery Management activities (resources, risks, schedule, quality, etc.). Mentors and develops PLs aiding their growth and development. Is responsible for risk management across the projects they are accountable for. Manages estimation of the remaining work and escalates risks accordingly. Prepares and contributes to external meetings with the SPL. Facilitates the definition and maintenance of the project team and the associated roles/responsibilities. Approves the project plans/processes or service approach determined by the project/delivery team. Supports decisions regarding any activities being nearshored/offshored, if any. Financial & Contract Management Accountable for ensuring that there is the appropriate Contract / Statement of Work / Work Package in place to provide commercial coverage for Methods projects/delivery. Work with the Sales Contact and PL to monitor and manage revenue and margin for in‑scope project environments. Work with the SPL to monitor and manage delivery progress and associated estimate to complete for the projects. Work with the SPL to ensure there is traceability between project/service delivery and purchase orders. Accountable for ensuring order‑to‑billing processes are adhered to. Accountable for ensuring that month‑end activity is performed for project environments. Accountable for ensuring that Salesforce activity and processes are followed within their project environments. Escalation points for the SPL in the event that issues with purchase orders, billing and invoicing arise. Engage with third‑party suppliers or technology partners as required within the scope of delivery of the project environment. Internal Validates Methods technical offer and any subsequent modifications. Generates the Financial Form for Extensions/SOWs/Renewals/Upsells. Validates production and estimation to completion in line with delivery and commercial expectations. Manages the margin for the project (shared responsibility with the Sales Contact). Reports operational situation during monthly review. Note: Other duties may be assigned from time to time. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree is mandatory. Minimum 10+ years of project delivery experience as Senior delivery lead, Senior project lead/manager, within Public or Private IT Industry. Willing to travel to London office frequently. Technical Project Management background: estimation, project planning, risk management. Demonstrable experience in coaching and leading teams, and managing autonomously relevant projects, being a key factor in client meetings. Able to establish rapport and good working relationships within the project team and Clients. Experience working independently, being result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholder management and natural leadership. This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK.
