Your Mission As Head of Business, you’ll be the driving force behind every aspect of the store’s operations. Reporting directly to the Franchise Director, you’ll: Recruit, inspire and lead a brand-new team of automotive professionals Create a culture of excellence, performance and customer obsession Oversee sales and aftersales, ensuring financial targets are met Deliver strategic marketing initiatives to fuel growth Champion customer satisfaction and brand standards Ensure compliance with Group, manufacturer and regulatory frameworks Who You Are You’re a confident, visionary leader with a proven track record in automotive management.
