Join to apply for the Senior Operative- Quality Assurance role at Dunbia Group £13.00 per hourCross HandsFull time, Permanent Responsibilities Monitoring the compliance of production teams with Food Safety procedures and regulations. Ensure compliance with customer specifications in relation to food safety and quality. Sampling products on different production lines to ensure compliance. Product seal checks on production line. Support with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action including GMP close out. Monitoring production teams’ corrective measures to ensure that improvements in their processes become permanent changes. Product label checks and sign off when required. Qualifications Understand the importance of compliance with processes and procedures and the impact of these on Food Safety and Quality. Maintaining production and quality standards laid down by the business, whilst ensuring that they are fully trained in Lean Manufacturing Practice and Continuous Improvement Processes. Have a desire to progress within the business and demonstrate a strong willingness to undertake all training required. Possess IT literacy skills.
