Senior Developer Advocate

We’re hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to grow the Haystack community and bring deepset’s LLM products and support to more developers and organizations. You’ll work closely on DevRel strategy across the developer journey by leveraging community feedback, data and insight to create strategies and resources to educate, engage, and drive adoption of Haystack, from beginner to advanced levels. The Haystack community is home to thousands of organizations and is growing fast.You’ll help shape it by connecting with developers, sharing knowledge, and making AI more accessible through open source and commercial tools. What you will do Leveraging data analytics and community feedback, you will grow Haystack adoption across the developer journey and strengthen the community-to-customer relationship path, meeting users where they are Drive execution for key evolutions and data-driven automations of the digital Haystack properties and presences, while supporting in-person interactions at events, conferences, and meetups across Europe and beyond. Help build and lead the organization of technical content and topics across docs, tutorials, blog, website, and social channels, engaging AI engineers and leaders Launch new community programs, meetups, events, and user groups to advance developer success stage-by-stage from awareness to exploration, building, and deployment Develop and shape content experiences across formats (explainers, tutorials, videos, social, user-generated content) to drive digital engagement, developer relationships, and advancement Synthesize developer and market feedback into actionable input for developer onboarding and product roadmap Partner cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales to align on quantified goals What you bring to the team 5+ years as a Developer Advocate, Growth Engineer, or Software Engineer, with hands-on experience building out methodical developer journeys that result in increased adoption and maturity Practical experience in Python development and code maintenance, applied within the context of Haystack projects."
