This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where your contribution will directly impact production success.ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Kitting Operative, you\'ll play a vital role in preparing production kits by picking and assembling materials, ensuring everything is ready for the next stage of manufacturing.Review upcoming production batches to identify stock needsPick bags, fill lines, and consumables according to batch specificationsAssemble complete kits ready for productionManage stock levels and replenish inventoryMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentOperate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts (small part of the role)Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet deadlinesSupport waste reduction and efficient resource useFollow all health and safety proceduresQualificationsGCSE Grade 3 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licencesPrevious experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plusStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills; ERP system experience is desirableGood communication and a positive, can-do attitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move heavy itemsComfortable with standing, walking, and bending throughout the dayAdditional InformationPPE Required: Safety boots, hi-vis vest, safety glasses (provided)Background Check: StandardTop Skills:Counterbalance forklift licenceERP or inventory system experienceStrong attention to detailThis is a brilliant opportunity to gain experience in a thriving industry, with the potential for long-term employment.
