Following expansion, we are recruiting a customer‑focused, technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineer to service, repair, manage breakdowns and maintain highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems across hospitals and healthcare centres throughout Scotland. Applications are encouraged from field service engineers in electronic sectors such as medical device, medical imaging, laboratory device, semiconductor, ex‑HM Forces (RAF, REME, Navy), industrial/commercial imaging or other electronic manufacturing backgrounds. You must possess impeccable customer‑service skills and a confident, professional manner when engaging customers. Responsibilities Service, repair, breakdown management and maintenance of MRI systems. Conduct onsite troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with customers to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Receive ongoing product training and support from senior management. Qualifications Experience in electronic or medical device service engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and software systems. Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Willingness to travel to multiple Scottish sites.
