A manager who has strong leadership qualities they will use to grow and coach their team, whilst demonstrating bp’s beliefs. The ability to prioritise effectively in the day to day running of the store and maximise the value of the various products and services on offer. What You Are Responsible For As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the Forecourt and Store operations including our Wild Bean Café.
