We’re looking to hire a Crew Planner to join our Resource and Crew Planning Team. Reporting to the Crew Roster Planning Manager, our Crew Planner will be responsible for the production of safe, legal, fair and equal rosters for all Jet2.com Flight Crew. You will primarily be responsible to ensure that all Flight Crew rosters adhere to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Jet2.com guidelines including planning sufficient standby cover. What You’ll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Flight Crew rosters adhere to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Jet2.com guidelines including planning sufficient standby cover. You will plan and communicate all Flight Crew training requirements effectively and in a timely manner. Will play a key role in our cost-conscious approach by minimising Flight Crew transport costs through efficient rostering What You’ll Have You will be well organised, meticulous and have excellent attention to detail, with strong IT skills and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. Be analytical, with a forward-thinking approach to problem solving and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member.
