Due to continued growth, we Livingston Building Services are actively recruiting Plumbers in Leeds / Glasgow / Edinburgh.We are looking for experienced trade engineers who can work well on their own initiative and as part of a team. With a proactive outlook and ability to work safely at all times, successful candidates will also possess effective communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally with colleagues and client representatives, providing a professional service that meets our client’s requirements. It is also vital that any applicants are conversant with current regulations and standards and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.Successful candidates will be working across a mixture of sectors including retail, banking, commercial office, industrial sectors and should have at least 3 years of previous experience in this area. Applicants must have valid CSCS/skills card and hold full plumbing qualifications.Valid CSCS /Skills CardRecognised Apprenticeship / SVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in plumbing, heating or mechanical engineeringFull clean driving licence.Previous experience working within commercial projects / minimum 3 years qualified experience.Preferable but not compulsory:hold valid ACS gas qualifications with Gas Safe registrationPASMA certificationIPAF CertificationOther informationWages and allowances are aligned to current BESA ratesPermanent role – 37.5 hours per weekImmediate startLivingston is part of the Morris & Spottiswood Group which has a portfolio of nine businesses, operating across the UK, with offices in Glasgow, Almondvale, Livingston, Armadale, Warrington, London, Carlisle, Leeds, Whitstable, Huntingdon and Bristol.
