Overview B&Q Abingdon. Join as a Customer Advisor. Full time – 36.75 hours per week. Fixed term contract. Shifts Monday – Sunday, 6.00am – 9.00pm. UK notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour plus an additional £0.50 per hour and a store‑specific location allowance. What the role will involve Become an expert advisor and a guide for every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays and ensuring the store looks great. Training will be provided in paint‑mixing and timber cutting. Great customer service will be your main aim. What we need from you You are friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic about helping others. You enjoy learning new technology and new ways of working. You work well in a team and you are flexible enough to cover a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
