Every voice counts About the Role We’re looking for an experienced education professional to become the voice of Juniper Education within the sector. As our Education Content Specialist, you’ll turn complex educational topics into clear, credible, and engaging content that resonates with school leaders, teachers, and trust teams. From blogs and thought leadership pieces to webinars, sector commentary, and multi-channel campaign support, you’ll help shape narratives that strengthen Juniper’s brand presence and support both new business growth and customer engagement. You’ll work collaboratively across the Marketing team—particularly with Campaigns, Performance Marketing, and Events—to produce content that is timely, insightful, and rooted in real educational experience. With your finger firmly on the pulse of UK education, you’ll identify trends, respond to policy changes, and help ensure our content remains relevant and trusted. Key Responsibilities Create credible, compelling content across blogs, articles, webinars, videos, and social channels. Translate policy updates, sector trends, and government announcements into timely, accessible insights. Partner with Campaigns and Marketing to develop multi-channel narratives that drive engagement. Lead and deliver webinars that educate and inspire school and trust audiences. Produce thought leadership content that positions Juniper as a trusted voice in the sector. Build strong relationships across the education landscape to inform content direction. Ensure all content aligns with campaign themes and supports brand consistency. Contribute to content strategy and help shape the education-led voice of the business. What we’re looking for Proven experience as an education leader within a school, trust, or similar environment. Strong knowledge of the UK education landscape, including policy, challenges, and opportunities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics. Confidence delivering webinars and presenting on key sector issues. An established network within the education community. Experience collaborating with marketing teams to align educational insight with communication strategies. Strategic thinking, creativity, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. A passion for storytelling and creating content that truly connects with educators.
