If you’re ready to make a difference and grow your career with a trusted industry specialist, we want to hear from you Basic Salary up to £29,000 per annum Pension, Life Assurance & more Responsibilities Conducting routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems, including emergency breakdowns on Gent, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, and Emergency Lighting. Delivering a high level of service to our customers. Identifying and resolving system faults. Carrying out small system modifications and upgrades as required. Completing accurate service reports and documentation. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Working independently and as part of a team as required. Systems we Maintain Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C‑Tec, Protec Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto Emergency Lighting: Fire Extinguishers: Requirements Hold relevant industry qualifications. Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. Demonstrate good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Are proficient in fault finding and problem‑solving. Have a full, clean UK driving licence. Are flexible and able to work on‑call or overtime as required. Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
