Project Manager - Complex Surveys & InvestigationsDevonPermanent, full-timeCompetitive salary + Company car plus benefitsDue to ongoing successful contracts and as we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to lead our fast-paced investigative and output concept solution projects. Working from our Devon based depots, the successful candidate would play a key role managing the implementation of innovative and solution driven investigations in challenging and varying catchments with an output of reviewing extensive and wide ranging survey data to collate and devise the best and most cost-effective rehabilitation solutions over trenchless and civil engineering-based methods.As a Project Manager for investigation solution works, you'll oversee day-to-day program and reporting of whereabouts of survey teams by liaising with the delivery managers, ensuring quick response times, review day by day outputs from the teams to cross check key points and quick wins are found, and ensure cost-effective solutions whilst ensuring high standards of survey outputs.Reporting into the Head of Delivery CCTV and Cleansing, you'll need to be self-sufficient in project managing the incoming and outgoing datasets for each catchment allocated, ensuring deadlines are maintained and early warnings raised when its not on target, arranging access, streetworks permitting, purchase order and quotation control, while maintaining commercial closedown is cross checked with the CCTV & Cleansing divisions.More about the role :Manage and co-ordinate the effective delivery of multiple CCTV and Cleansing projects associated with AMP8 drainage works, while building rehabilitation scopes, RAG status of hotspots, gap analysis on data and understanding of full catchment reviews.To be able to produce and maintain a program of works to ensure high productivity and maintain the reporting timelines back to the client.Understanding the process of commercial close down, quotation generation and purchase order control.Be able to understand all the various methodologies of rehabilitation as well as being able to think outside of normally processes in order to generate some concept ideas for surface water separation and affordability.Have knowledge of streetworks permitting and applications including traffic management implementation.Have a strong knowledge of H&S requirements through project delivery including being able to carry out standard site auditing across investigation and construction activities.ensure prompt and timely responses project KPI's / SLA's & Maintain strong communication with clients to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.Regular liaison with Pre-construction teams to enhance and develop engineering solutions and ensuring customers / clients receive timely updates / outputs.Use of computer software (predominantly Microsoft Office) to produce site documentation, Close Down documents, workflow productivity reports and general work management monitoring systems.About you :Proven experience in project management within wastewater infrastructure (preference), utilities, or construction.Experience in ensuring smooth operational delivery on both simple and complex engineering sites.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Bring able to manage a team and co-ordinate them to achieve the best results for the project.Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Relevant qualifications (not limited to) - SMSTS, Project Management, Street works, Confined space,Relevant experience in the wastewater / utility industry is key, however outstanding candidates will be considered, and the business will support individuals with personal development and career progression opportunities.If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact in the environmental sector, we invite you to apply for the Survey Project Manager position at Glanville Environmental todayWhat we can offer you :Enhanced maternity,paternity and adoption pay and leaveCompany pensionRefer a friend scheme.Competitive annual leave plus bank holidays.Training and career progression opportunities.About us :Glanville Environmental is a reputable and thriving drainage and civil engineering company that has been a driving force in the Southwest region for over three decades.
