We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to be one of the subject‑matter experts for the Aderant solution, and to partner with clients and lead them to successful implementations of our software. Responsibilities Advise clients on best practice implementation utilising Aderant software. Partner with clients throughout the stages of the project including advising on design and configuration, providing training and assisting with a smooth go‑live. Serve as primary business consultant and subject matter expert for Aderant Expert. Work closely with client IT and Aderant Cloud and Support teams to triage data or reporting issues, performing SQL queries and troubleshooting where required. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, liaising effectively with developers and system administrators. Understand system integrations and APIs at a conceptual level, ensuring smooth data flows between Aderant and client systems. Provide guidance on configuration and reporting, including resolving data mapping or validation issues. Maintain product and sector knowledge by training and involvement in projects and peer reviews. Resolve client queries and assist with configuration of modules. Update, provide and draft documentation relating to client needs around processes and functional design. Essential Skills And Experience Experience of finance systems and finance processes in the UK and Europe. Experience of Business Intelligence and reporting processes. Experience of working in a law firm and an understanding of law firm processes. It Is Also Essential That You Possess Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive projects forward. Experience of legal or financial software implementation projects. Excellent communication skills and confidence, with all levels of seniority. Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting. Ability to investigate technical issues at a triage level and collaborate with IT/development teams for resolution. Awareness of APIs and system integrations, with the ability to discuss technical topics confidently with client IT stakeholders. Conceptual understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS‑based delivery models. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Desirable Skills Exposure to scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation or data handling. Familiarity with broader data integration or BI tools.
