Base pay range Excellent rates of pay £14.00 to £15.50 plus pension and holiday pay (rolled up pay rate £16.16 to £17.89). Benefits Enhanced bank holiday rates Company‑paid DBS processing until 31 December 2025 Paid 2‑Day Training Programme Referral bonus – earn £500 for every successful referral until 31 December 2025 Mileage contribution for drivers Flexible hours – full‑time, part‑time, and casual shifts 24/7 wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme Award‑winning training from our in‑house team, including Registered Nurses Career development through our Rising Stars programme and fully funded NVQs Role As a Home Care Worker you will support people of all ages with: Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support) Medication and meal preparation Household tasks and daily routines Encouraging independence and providing companionship With 6 months of experience you may also work in specialised areas: Complex Care – caring for individuals with spinal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory needs. Pay rates £15.00 – £15.50 Children's Support – personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs. Pay rates £14.00 – £15.50 Mental Health Support – practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence. Pay rates £15.00 – £15.50 Those without prior experience can take part in our Induction Training to gain the necessary skills and confidence.
