Hiring, welcoming, and training a top-notch cleaning team.Making sure you have the right number of cleaners trained to our required standards to consistently meet overall number of cleans, cleaning times, and cost per clean.Planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, developing the team through data analysis.Implement processes to improve performance, and manage various budgets, including laundry and consumables.Helping your team grow with on-going training and opportunities to level up their skills.Making sure your team has all the right tools and supplies to work efficiently and get the job done perfectly.Diving into guest feedback to find new ways to improve, then turning those great ideas into action for an even better stay.Keeping an eye on cleaning standards, spotting any areas that need a little extra sparkle, and working with your team to make sure everything shines Are we the right fit for you?
