Course Administrator Full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, with some remote work acceptable. Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of training courses and workshops. Duties include managing course bookings, providing excellent customer service to clients and participants, maintaining accurate course records, coordinating with trainers to ensure smooth delivery, responding to inquiries, preparing course materials, and supporting operational improvements to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Experience or ability in training and customer service to support participants and trainers effectively. Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including record-keeping, organization, and using relevant software tools. Close attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with the sports or education sector is advantageous. Relevant academic qualifications or professional certifications are a plus. Hours of work: Part‑time (22.5 hours a week). Flexibility balanced with business needs. Location: Hybrid working – required to work from our Edgbaston office at least one day per week for an initial period of up to six months. After this period, primarily remote, with attendance at team meetings in the West Midlands approximately once per month.
