This role is essential in ensuring the optimisation of our contact centres by managing the schedules for our consultants across our brands and locations.Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pmJob AccountabilitiesUtilise Work Force Management and Telephony Systems (Genesys) to provide accurate reporting and create robust staff schedulesAbsence and activity managementAnalyse the schedule efficiency to ensure optimum solutions through working with and managing offline activities and workloadsRun effective review meetings to communicate the schedule plan to the Head of Planning and Planning ManagerContribute to scheduling meetings with managers in the contact centresMaintenance of WFO estateManage Resource Planning inboxProduce ad-hoc reportsTo be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:IT literate with a good working knowledge in Excel & other MS platforms and in-house systemsPrevious experience in a planning/scheduling role is desirable or a good understanding of Workforce management systemsAble to analyse data and make valuable business decisionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsNumerateFor more information, please click on the job description belowOur bright, modern office in Leyland is just 10 minutes from junctions 28 & 29 of the M6.
