Associate / Associate Director – Global Key Account Support

Location: London or Birmingham (Frequent Travel Required)

We are seeking an Associate / Associate Director with an MEP design bias to take on a pivotal role within a world-leading consultancy, supporting a major global key account. This is a high-profile position offering rapid career progression, potentially fast-tracking the right individual towards Director level.

The Role
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to a key global account.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless project delivery across international locations.
  • Represent the business at the highest level, managing stakeholders and presenting confidently in complex technical discussions.
  • Travel frequently (sometimes at short notice) to support clients across multiple regions.
What We're Looking For
  • 8-12 years' experience post-graduation within a leading consultancy.
  • Strong technical expertise in MEP design with a proven track record in complex projects.
  • The ability to command a room, engaging with smart and highly experienced professionals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence and lead discussions at a senior level.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to develop at pace—this is an opportunity for someone who wants to push themselves further than their peers.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice.
  • Must already be UK-based with full working rights.
