Corpay is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager within our Allstar Business Solutions division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments and is located in Swindon. In this role you will work as part of a dynamic and lively department with other Sales Managers. Our teams specialise in working with businesses to provide payment solutions for their fleets. Role Overview The Sales Manager will lead and manage the operational performance of the telesales function, optimising revenue through line‑management and continuous improvement. You will be a hands‑on leader, coaching and developing B2B sales executives to hit sales targets and provide a five‑star customer experience. Responsibilities Coaching and supporting the team on B2B outbound calling, qualifying leads and generating new business sales over the telephone; keeping the CRM updated. Working with team leads to target a strategic list of prospects based on team type. Conducting account reviews to ensure new business is optimised through effective account management; developing relationships with customers to maximise upselling opportunities. Collaborating with the sales enablement team to outline coaching and development plans for team members and onboarding plans for new hires. Partnering with HR to support candidate attraction, recruitment, and talent management. Removing barriers to productivity and success through continuous reviews of business processes. Ensuring compliance with all company processes and policies, including applicable financial conduct regulations. Qualifications & Skills Fluent in sales techniques and able to share best practices. A master at coaching, mentoring and people management. A customer advocate, with the ability to translate this into actions within your team. Commercially astute and able to interpret complex data. Confident in reporting on team performance and presenting outcomes to senior leaders. Decisive, analytical, energetic and nurturing.
