A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Structured Credit Product Controller to join their London-based Finance department. This role offers you the chance to work within a highly respected product control function, interacting with multiple business areas and gaining exposure to a wide range of structured credit products including Credit Default Swaps, Indices, Credit Linked Notes, Total Return Swaps, Structured Repos and Loans. What you'll do : Oversee the structured credit product portfolio with exposure to complex instruments such as Credit Default Swaps, Indices, Credit Linked Notes, Total Return Swaps, Structured Repos and Loans, ensuring accurate valuation controls and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain oversight of all financial resource metrics including Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Leverage Exposure and Funding requirements, delivering value-added analysis on resource usage and returns. Coordinate the finance response for new products and non-standard transactions, ensuring proposals meet revenue return requirements and align with accounting standards. Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory developments to critically assess new business proposals.
