Senior Veterinary Nurse – Sandwich Full‑Time | Salary £32,000 – £38,000 (dependent on experience) Are you a natural leader with a passion for both patient care and people? Support for existing CPD debt, where applicable. The Role As Lead Nurse, you’ll combine hands‑on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You’ll support, mentor, and inspire a talented team of veterinary nurses, helping them to grow in confidence and consistency. Your work will focus on driving quality across all aspects of patient and client care while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice. You’ll play a key part in: Developing and maintaining clinical protocols and nursing standards. Leading by example in delivering exceptional patient care. Coaching and supporting colleagues through professional and personal development. Collaborating closely with the clinical and client care teams to ensure seamless workflows. Championing continuous improvement and innovation across the practice.
