This institution has exciting growth plans and is looking to increase its headcount and number of students.With an excellent reputation for looking after its staff, they provide fantastic training, qualifications & progression opportunities as well as several generous benefits.As a Welding and Fabrication Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing apprentices who are working through their Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.You'll have the autonomy to guide these motivated individuals, ensuring they receive the highest quality instruction to succeed in their careers.The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Welder and Fabricator and is eager to make the transition into a trainer role.With full training provided to transition you into the trainer role, this is an ideal opportunity for a skilled Welder and Fabricator who wants to share their knowledge, step into a rewarding teaching role, and enjoy a fantastic work-life balance.The Role: *Full training provided to help you transition into a teaching role *Training apprentices on their Level 2 and 3 Welding and Fabrication qualifications *Engaging with students in a classroom and practical workshop setting *Excellent benefits, including a £6,000 welcome bonus and 51 days holiday per year The Ideal Candidate: *Extensive experience working as a Welder and Fabricator, with a solid understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes.*NVQ Level 3 in Welding or equivalent.*Strong desire to mentor and develop the next generation of industry professionals.*Ability to teach complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.* Enthusiasm for transitioning into a teaching role and developing new skills. xsabvtc * Based within commuting distance of Barrow in Furness.
