About the RoleAs the Technical Lead ( lead structural engineer ) , you'll play a central role in managing and integrating structural design, engineering, and commercial functions across multiple high-profile building and infrastructure projects. From setting the technical strategy to mentoring multidisciplinary design teams and liaising with clients, you'll ensure every design output meets quality, regulatory, and commercial standards.You'll work closely with quantity surveyors, estimators, and project managers—bringing together technical precision and commercial pragmatism to deliver competitive, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
