About the Role You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, deliver, and manage mechanical building services solutions for highly technical environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle—from concept design and modelling to on‑site coordination and commissioning. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the mechanical design of HVAC, cooling, and critical building services systems Producing calculations, technical reports, schedules, and design documentation Assisting with 3D modelling and BIM coordination Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery Participating in on‑site visits, inspections, and technical reviews Contributing to innovative, energy‑efficient solutions for mission‑critical facilities What We’re Looking For A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) Passion for MEP design and the built environment Interest in data centres, mission critical infrastructure, or high‑performance buildings Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, IES, or similar) is beneficial but not essential A proactive and collaborative approach to learning Why Join?
