You will be responsible for undertaking all jobs competently and safely in a professional manner ensuring safe working practices whilst instilling client confidence in our company’s abilities. This is a permanent full‑time position As a Civils Drainage Operator you will… Ensure compliance with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment Ensure Company policies are always adhered to Ensure all site‐related incidents are reported Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate Produce high‑quality results, reports, and feedback Establish good relationships and communication, resolving issues early You need to be flexible too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and out‑of‑hours work across the UK. About You We are looking for individuals who are self‑motivated and keen to be part of a team. You will need: a full UK driving licence, NRSWA & CSCS.
