Description Provide strategic tax advice to owner‑managed businesses (OMBs) to ensure compliance and optimise tax efficiency. Oversee and manage the delivery of corporate and personal tax compliance services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering expert guidance and tailored solutions. Lead and mentor the tax team, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Identify opportunities for tax planning and provide recommendations to clients. Ensure adherence to tax legislation and remain updated on industry developments. Collaborate with other departments to offer a comprehensive service to clients. Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth in London. Profile A recognised tax or accountancy qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA). Proven expertise in tax advisory and compliance, particularly for owner‑managed businesses. Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations. Ability to manage a team and inspire professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. Proficiency in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 per annum.
