Kitchen Porter (Casual) The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter on a casual basis who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You Will Do Ensure each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes, glassware and silverware. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and “heart of house” areas, ensuring a safe working environment. Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant. Assist with the maintenance and proper handling of all kitchen and restaurant equipment and materials. Follow the hotel’s recycling and waste‑management policies. Support the Stewarding team in ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout back‑of‑house areas. What You Bring Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and strong team spirit. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. All candidates must possess the Right to Work in the UK. Schedule and Hours This is a casual position, offering flexibility to work shifts based on business needs. Hours may vary and can include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Benefits £12.21 per hour plus allocation of service charge based on hours worked.
