What skills and experience we’re looking for You will be responsible for further developing the Maths curriculum throughout the school and providing CPD and development to non‑subject specialists. A key part of this role will be to deliver accreditations from Entry Level 2 to Level 2 from a range of examination boards. As Maths TLR, you will: Lead the development of high‑quality maths teaching across the school. Support colleagues in delivering innovative, engaging and inclusive lessons. Drive progress and attainment in maths, ensuring all students can thrive. Contribute to whole‑school improvement through curriculum innovation, data analysis, and staff development. Champion numeracy across the curriculum and promote a love of mathematics. You are a resilient and inspiring educator with a track record of excellence in the classroom. You bring creativity, reflection, and leadership to empower staff and students alike, helping them overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
