NEOM Wellbeing – Supply Planner (Short-term, fixed-term contract, starting January 2026, Harrogate) What You’ll Do Review stock levels across all locations and raise purchase orders (POs) in line with demand. Create requisitions for components required to manufacture finished goods once POs are issued. Manage and progress the purchase of finished goods and components through to receipt, maintaining agreed stock and service levels. Identify and resolve issues impacting product availability and customer service. Collaborate with warehouse and contractor teams to ensure timely and accurate stock updates in the system. Reconcile stock across locations, investigate variances, and improve inventory controls. Maintain and manage safety stock parameters to optimise inventory levels. Track inventory against budget expectations and report on slow-moving or obsolete stock with action plans. Provide weekly out-of-stock and risk reports to the business. Monitor and manage the receipt of finished goods on the ERP system. Identify supplier performance issues and work collaboratively to improve outcomes. Build strong relationships with suppliers and proactively manage supply delays. Ensure timely and accurate ERP updates for stock data and delivery dates. Requirements A minimum of two years’ experience within supply, purchasing or demand planning. Experience dealing with manufacturers and meeting deadlines. Experience using an ERP system and MRP systems. High energy, willingness to learn and a desire to get involved. Team‑focused with a can‑do attitude and a positive, growth mindset. Head of Demand Planning – FMCG (Bradford) Lead and optimise demand planning processes within Procurement & Supply Chain. Responsibilities include forecasting, cross‑functional collaboration, KPI monitoring, supplier liaison, and reporting. Profile Proven expertise in FMCG demand planning. Manager, Supply Chain – Consulting (UK, multiple locations) Part of a consulting practice delivering sustainable transformations. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end supply chain operations, technology transformations, and leading project teams. Key Skills Experience in global supply chain (consumer, retail, industrial). Senior Logistics & Supply Chain Planner – Leeds Optimise and manage flow of goods, inventory, transportation, and supply chain performance. Requires strong analytical, negotiation, and planning skills. Key Responsibilities Implement efficient logistics and supply chain strategies. Optimise inventory and control processes. Coordinate and manage transportation activities. Analyse performance data and identify bottlenecks. Negotiate contracts, rates, and forecast alignment. Oversee warehouse operations and sustain best practices. Collaborate across internal departments. Manage budgets related to logistics. Qualifications Senior logistics or supply chain planning experience. In‑depth knowledge of warehousing and transportation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with supply chain software (SAP, Oracle). Excellent negotiation and communication. Knowledge of international trade (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field. Supply Chain Manager – Huddersfield Manage warehouse processes, supplier relationships, and ISO 9001 compliance. Lead a small team and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Review and streamline systems, processes, and supplier relationships. Maintain inventory and reduce wastage. Coordinate shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Manage budgets and forecasting. Ensure Health & Safety compliance. Lead and develop a small team. Qualifications Experience in supply chain management. Knowledge of the PVC / Compound market (advantage). Excel, SAP, IT and communications skills. Junior Administration Assistant – York Support the Supply Chain team with ordering, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Key Duties Assist in order processing and stock management. Manage purchase orders, SKUs, and reports. Coordinate stock transfers and shipments. Support colleague communication and queries. Skills Excellent communication and IT skills.
